An InnoHub Innovation Center is a place where ideas and concepts are flourishing. It inspires the following concepts within the design of the building.
The concept for the InnoHub Innovation Center is based off the concept of a HUB itself. The hub is the center piece to which all other parts are connected.  It is the center of communication to all parts.
The concept of the building is to create a Hub which is the central atrium that is communicating with all other parts of

the building. This Atrium is a presentation space and can also be used for informal meetings. All work places look over this central space and all circulation for the building centers around this Hub.

The concept maximizes the site and limits the height of the building while still providing a communicating atrium to promote as much interaction within the building as possible.
